As far as blogs go, it is easy to get a huge list of stuff to read. I find that I quickly categorize. Must reads, these are the ones I check out every day. Good stuff, read frequently. Friends, people I know who have blogs. (This is a good way to keep up friendships without having to invest any actual time and energy. So if a third party asks you how the second party is doing, you can rattle off all the info like you had coffee yesterday. Just kidding. :-) ) Finally, all the rest. There are those others that you stumble across and never remember to return. I guess the goal of most bloggers is to never become one of those. Although I think it is much more easy than we realize and I believe that it is much more difficult than we realize to make it into the first and ultimate category of a daily read.
All that mumbo being said, there are three blogs I read almost every day.
blog.guykawasaki.com
www.michaelhyatt.com/blog
www.evotional.com
Very different content and different purpose, but I highly recommend all three for any leader.
Guy Kawasaki is well know as an Apple Fellow and one of the evangelists held responsible for the explosion of the Mac, way back in the day. He now runs a company called Garage.com which matches entrepreneurs and venture capitol groups. He has tons of great tips for leaders and gives great advice to those leading startups.
Michael Hyatt is the President and CEO of Thomas Nelson Publishers, the largest Christian publisher in the world and the ninth largest publishing company of any kind. He has a site called Working Smart - The Alternative to Working Hard. All kinds of tips on productivity. Actions, tools, software and others. You name it, he talks about it. If you are like me and desire to be highly productive and still keep yourself alive past 45 and desire a balanced life, Michael Hyatt does a great job of making productivity a reality.
Evotional.com is the blog of Mark Batterson, pastor of National Community Church. Mark is a funny and inspiring leader. He is a visionary and a dreamer. I find his blog not only fun to read but it is inspiring. He has capitalized on the power of immediate dissemination of information that comes with blogging. Mark has created a buzz and energy through technology and will spark your imagination.
Well, those are my favorites and why. Any must read blog son your list? Why?

I have not started my own blog because I am quite sure it would fall into the last category on your list. I tend to whine and complain wayyy too much. Who wants to read the online diary of a 30something-mom-of-two. No thanks.
Actually your question is kind of ironic. Your blog dropped down in my list this week, but for good reasons as I will explain below...
I have two blogs on my must read list:
1. Yours. I find your writing insightfull, funny, and intelligent. You are (were) on my daily read list. I am getting to know you better than I have in a while, probably since I went off to college... (for those of you who don't know Josh is my brother- but I'd read this blog even if he wasn't)
And now for the reason your blog slid down the list a little (only temporarily)
2. kambricrews.com/weblog.html and love-daddy.blogspot.com
Both of these are authored by my husbands cousin. Her dad and his dad are twin brothers. His is hearing, hers is Deaf. His is a pastor, hers is jailed. for attempted murder. Kambri writes amazingly well. She is intelligent and funny. I am intrigued by this successful business woman who lives in NYC and still has a need to be loved by her daddy. Right now I am going through all of her archives beginning in March 2002. I'm up to June 2003, and that's why Joshhebert.blogspot.com got pushed to the back burner for a few days.
If you are still reading this- (see why I dont' blog- I tend to ramble as well as those other endearing qualities of whine and complain)
before visiting Kambri's blogs, I suggest you read this summary of her life story:
