Team Work

A few posts ago I mentioned team work and good teams. I failed to mention one of my favorite books on team. Patrick Lencioni has a book called "The Five Dysfuntions of a Team: A Leadership Fable" This is an easy read. I litterally blew through it in one sitting. His style is very easy to read. The first two thirds of the book is a fictional story he uses to paint a picture of the principals that he will break down in the last third of the book. Great insight into what makes a well oiled and functioning team.
