Snohomish is the middle of nowhere? More like a bedroom community. Check out the thick stream of commuters heading south every morning from Snohomish to jobs in Bothell, Bellevue, Redmond, etc.
Someplace like Burns, Oregon (which we drove through on vacation last summer) -- now that is the middle of nowhere!
You do have a solid point there John. You are absolutely correct that tons of people drive through Snohomish on their way to get somewhere else. I do it to get to the lake I ski at in the summer time. I tell you what though, whether I go through Woodinville on 9 or out through Duvall to 2, it sure feels like it is in the middle of nowhere!
