Observation #4 - People People People
Here comes another one that seems like a big fat no-brainer, but for some reason, so many of us forget all about it.
Starting a church from nothing is such an amazing adventure. There are so many areas to distract you or get you off mission. There are very worth while efforts that will get you out of alignment as the leader of a brand new organization.
We can get so busy making it happen that we lose sight of the fact that Jesus is on a mission to reconnect the disconnected. Without caution, church planting because more about the realization of our dream than the rescuing of souls.
Jesus is interested in the people. The rest are tools he gives us to accomplish the mission.
Check your heart. Are you in alignment with Jesus mission?
He is all about people.

So true. And I think true not only of church plants, but church in general. Good reminder.
