Monday Morning

Photo_031708_002

I love Monday morning.  Other than leaving Abby and Tanya at home, I love getting out and doing some reflecting on Sunday, reading scripture and putting some thoughts down on paper.

I have been coming to Caffe Ladro in Kirkland lately.  Great spot right in downtown Kirkland with a cool table that stretches the length of the large front window.  The coffee is pretty good.  Shade grown, for those of you who care.

Mondays are good.

OK Josh, you're seriously making me wish I was a pastor instead of a
Microsoft employee/office drone/software industry slave. You're sipping a gourmet latte and typing on your laptop at a cool coffee house in downtown Kirkland while I'm typing away in a windowless office in one of 100 buildings on the MS campus. ;-)

I have to admit, I LOVE MY JOB. Although there are other aspects which I do not blog about which would make you very thankful for your job. :-)

Don't forget the incredible prices on great software!

What do Pastors do everyday? Is it a life of meeting with friends,or parishoners, reading and preparing for sermons? Is it a full time job?

Tell me who you are and we can talk about it. I don't respond to anonymous comments.

I've been studying this photo trying to figure out how the pastry fits into staying fit. If that is part of the routine of fitness, I am all over it!!!

funny to me that 5/6 of the comments are from other pastors who must have extra time on their hands to read each other's blogs... heheheh :)

Jay - It was not my intention, but yes I love the black mac. I have it jacked to 4 gigs of RAM and can flip between OSx and Vista with a keystroke. SEAMLESSLY. I love that. Plus black makes me feel like a rock star. And feelings are everything. right?

Steve - it is amazing what you can eat if you exercise a little. :-)

Heather - you are mostly right, some pastors. but right enough to be very very funny!! Thanks for speaking up. :-)
