Interesting Gathering

I have been invited to attend a gathering today for "Emerging Leaders" from within our ministry network, which includes Washington and northern Idaho. There is a pretty big group of us who have been inviting to come meet with our leadership. The info leading up the meeting has been very vague so I don't have a very clear idea of what is going to happen. I do know we are meeting before hand as a prep time and then meeting for at least an hour afterward as a debrief.
