Teams and Team Work

It is so true that the best work gets done by teams. When I sit down with our leadership team I get excited and energized by the conversation and discussions we have. It has truly been a process to develop good trust levels and open dialogue but it is starting to show in our meetings. Sometimes I fear that our meeting go a little longer than they should, but for me they are just so much fun. I truly love being around this group of people and I really enjoy the moments we get to share.

We are also getting pumped for April gatherings and Easter weekend. Good times!
