Collateral Flash Back

Have you ever seen the movie "Collateral" with tom Cruise as hitman "Vincent" and Jamie Fox as a going nowhere daydreamer cab driver "Max"? Great movie. There is one scene where Max and Vincent are driving through L.A. in the middle of the night and out of nowhere these coyotes come walking across the street. It is a surreal moment in the middle of a very hectic and tension riddled film. It is a cool scene in the movie.

Well, yesterday I was driving home at 11:30am from a meeting with the very cool Matt Welk. (I love that guy.) Now keep in mind, I live in Redmond Ridge, which is on the outer edge of civilization but it is still civilized. Anyway, I am driving down the main road through our community and there were two coyotes just standing there on the sidewalk! Right there in the middle of the day. I had to pull a U-turn and get a couple pictures.

What a weird one.

Coyotes! Who would have thought?!
