Our church has decided that we will be a part of abolishing modern slavery.  Many people do not realize how wide spread and how serious the issue is.  There are more slaves in our world today than any other time in history!!  In India children are less expensive than cattle.  Many, over 2.2 million, of these children are forced into prostitution around the world.
