Good Meeting

Last night our LATR team met to line up the big stuff we need to be talking about over the next few weeks as well as looking back over the past year.

I have to thank God for amazing people that first love Him, and second are passionate about making LATR everything God has in mind. Our conversation reminded me about these thoughts from famed CEO Jack Welch:

"Face reality as it is, not as you wish it were."

"Be candid with everyone."

"Don't manage, lead."

All of these came up in our conversation at some point.

We had a good year but we are also very excited about the future of LATR and mission to which God has called us.
