Timely Run-in

I had a meeting today at a local Starbucks. Go figure. Anyway, about half way through the meeting a buddy of mine walks in. Greg Wingard. Both Greg and I do work in the various Redmond area Starbucks and we see each other on a regular basis. It seems as though our run-ins are never without divine purpose. When we lost our initial location to launch Life at the Ridge, I was more than bummed and really looking for the next best option. I ran into Greg that week and he told me about when he was starting Redwood and their location fell through. Instead of an Elementary school on an out of the way back road, Redwood launched in the heart of downtown Woodinville in the local theater. (before it was hip to have church in a theater)

Well this run-in was very similar. I am working on the next steps for Life at the Ridge. Greg spends his days coaching business leaders some from Fortune 500 companies. He is a sharp guy and one that I am thankful to know. He had some very good and timely coaching.

It is cool to see how God equips us to do the work he calls us to do.
