A Good Week

It has been a long time since I have taken a week of vacation at home. What an interesting week. Some highlights to the week:
- Being with Tanya every day.
- Never set the alarm, not even once
- You have to love Christmas.
- Little House on the prairie at 8am every day (I love that stupid show - Charles Ingles is the man)
- Letting the brain rest for a week is hard. Very hard.
- Spending time with good friends. Dinner at Daniel's in Bellevue with Craig and Christian. Good food, good conversation and good people.
- I actually made it all the way to 12am on new years. This really is a feat for me, it was fun.
- Craig's annual new years brunch.
- I did work for half a day, I loved it and it reminded me how much I love what I do. When you are in the grind non stop for months and then you pause for even a couple days it brings a different perspective.
- Finished out the week with church at Mars Hill Church in Seattle. My favorite band played and they rocked. Great message from the Administrative Pastor on culture and worship. Mars Hill has become my favorite home away from home. If you are in Seattle you need to visit.

What a great week to relax, think, spend time with family and realize how blessed I am.
